Elementary Registration

With heavy hearts it brings us great sadness to share the passing of one of our beloved teachers, Mr. McCain. A treasured member of the Morton ISD family, Mr. McCain brought joy, laughter, and unforgettable energy to our classrooms every day. He always had a rap ready to share, often paired with a perfectly timed joke that could brighten anyoneβs day.
His talent, spirit, and deep care for his students and colleagues were truly one of a kindβsomething that simply cannot be matched. Mr. McCain made a lasting impact on every life he touched, and his absence leaves a hole in our hearts and halls.
We will miss you dearly, Mr. McCain. Thank you for everything.π€π

Career Ready & Future Focused!
Mrs. Smithβs 8th Grade Career Exploration students have spent the semester diving into their interests, skills, personality types, and learning styles using Xelloβa powerful tool that helps students discover their top career matches.
For their final project, students created informative displays showcasing their career match and presented them to 7th grade leadership classes and visiting high school students.
These presentations highlighted not only their career readiness, but also their communication, organization, and employability skills in action.
Weβre so proud of the confidence and insight our students demonstrated. The future is bright!
