Clicks or Connections: Finding the Balance Between Digital Use and Human Interaction

How much is too much when it comes to screen time? Morton High School FCCLA students Jixel Gomez, Halley Ornelas, and Nidia Teniente invite you to watch their digital story, "Clicks or Connections: Finding the Balance Between Digital Use and Human Interaction," created for the FCCLA National Leadership Conference Competition.

Their project explores how excessive technology use can impact face-to-face communication, family relationships, and mental health, while encouraging viewers to find a healthier balance between digital interactions and meaningful personal connections.

Take a few minutes to watch their inspiring video and support these talented Morton High School students as they represent our school on the national stage.
